Over 35 Years of Barbershop Excellence
Metro Nashville Chorus was chartered as a Sweet Adelines International chorus in 1971 and has performed and promoted the barbershop sound in middle Tennessee for more than 35 years. We are blessed to be under the direction of Master Director Kim Wonders. There are almost 30,000 women involved in Sweet Adelines, and more than 600 choruses around the world.

Our Region
MNC is part of Region 23, which includes Sweet Adelines choruses and quartets in Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and Alabama. Our annual regional convention and contest usually takes place in late March or Early April in Chattanooga. Many regional educational events are held in Birmingham.

Our Chorus
Every chorus, like every family, is special in its own way --- our chorus is made of members who are committed to each other and the music we create together. A coach once told us we "sing like we're holding hands" --- with a connection that the audience can feel --- and we try to live up to that with every song.
